Coaching is a process that helps you discover key patterns of thought and action that may have been previously invisible.
Through thoughtful questioning, I’ll support you in discovering the threads driving the string of repeating challenges throughout your work and life. Once we turn to these threads and follow them with care and curiosity, you can put an end to recurring issues and open new possibilities for working, leading, and living.
This is coaching that offers you support to reveal, embody, and step into your innate resourcefulness, in a way that allows you to reduce constraints so you can more easily navigate living and thriving in the highly complex times of our world.

Are you at a crossroads and want to explore options with coaching support? Start with 3 sessions to unpack where you are today and explore the possibility of a longer-term engagement.

3 Month Engagement
6 one hour coaching sessions. Enneagram assessment included.

6 Month Engagement
12 one-hour coaching sessions, with additional closing and completion session. Enneagram assessment included.

Unfolding Your Dreams
Experience your own embodied imagination and boost your creative inspiration. Our dreams contain wisdom, and insights and can lead us in positive life-serving directions if we pause our interpretations and re-enter the dream to unfold the images and perspectives. Our dreams are surfacing a golden thread that once unfolded is a resource you can access in your life and to support your goals and commitments.
Dreamwork can be added to a 3 or 6-month coaching engagement.
