Leadership Development Programs

Leadership offerings range from 60 - 90 minute workshops to half and multi-day options. Designed to lay the foundation for effective leadership. Programs provide the opportunity to reflect on current leadership practices and refine skills & approaches. Through learning modules, self-reflection, activities, peer coaching, and mindfulness, we’ll set the foundation for effective and impactful leadership. A safe learning environment where people can both challenge and support each other’s development.
