Leadership & Learning Programs
Learning programs range from 60 - 90-minute workshops to half and multi-day options.
My program “Clear, Compassionate & Conscious Communication-Following the Thread of Our Core Needs” is a 3-part learning series that combines:
Core Needs Awareness
Clear & Compassionate Communication
Powerful Listening Tools
Participants will develop greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate conversations with clarity and empathy using a structured model of human experience. Learn to navigate conflict, express wants clearly, and build stronger personal and professional relationships.
Leadership programs are designed to lay the foundation for effective leadership. They provide the opportunity to reflect on current leadership practices and refine skills and approaches. Through learning modules, self-reflection, activities, peer coaching, and mindfulness, we set the foundation for effective and impactful leadership. We will also create a safe learning environment where people can challenge and support each other’s development.
Below is an example of a multi-day program following The Inner Development Goals. A science-based understanding of inner development and what is needed to support a sustainable future.

“Leaders on the emerging edge of evolution understand that the change we want to see outside has to happen first within ourselves. Our leadership needs to be grounded in a continuous, dedicated transformational process of self. Then we can become effective instruments to influence other people and systems around us through our embodied examples and lived experience.”
