As we approach the winter solstice and the longest night of the year, nature invites us into a different rhythm. A time of slowing down, resting, and allowing life to unfold beneath the surface.
Yet our lives often move in the opposite direction, especially at this time of year. We move from one responsibility to the next, often without allowing ourselves time to pause, rest, or simply be.
What might become possible if we allowed ourselves to slow down? What might we discover when we stop trying to figure everything out and make space for the unknown?
Join me for a free, 75-minute online gathering where we'll explore our relationship with rest, the restorative wisdom of darkness, and dreams as another way of listening to life.
Through gentle guided meditation, personal reflection, and shared inquiry, we'll explore how pausing can reconnect us with our natural rhythms and how dreams can invite us into a deeper relationship with ourselves.
You'll leave with a few simple contemplative and dream practices to carry into the winter season.
No prior experience with meditation or dreamwork is needed. Bring a journal, a warm drink, and your curiosity.
