Something in you may already sense it…

A chapter loosening.
A role that no longer quite fits.
A quiet pull toward something not yet named.

And perhaps it isn't happening in isolation.

Many of us are moving through personal transitions while sensing that something larger is shifting around us, too.

In recognition of the Global Day of Listening, this gathering is an invitation to pause, listen inwardly, and notice what the living world might also be reflecting back to us.

You might recognize this as:

  • moving through a life transition or an in-between season

  • sensing that something is changing, even if you can't yet name it

  • tired of trying to figure everything out on your own

  • longing to slow down and hear yourself more clearly

  • curious about what the living world might be reflecting back to you in this season

  • seeking a greater sense of connection—with yourself, with others, and with life

Together, we'll create a gentle space to recognize the transition you may already be in—and explore what becomes possible when we widen our practice of listening beyond ourselves.

Not to fix anything or figure it out, but to become more available to what life may be inviting now.

Together, we’ll move through:

  • a simple way to understand how transitions unfold

  • a guided listening practice with time for reflection and journaling

  • shared conversation about what we're noticing within ourselves and in our relationship with the living world

You don’t need to have anything figured out to join.

“Julie holds a beautiful, grounding and relational space. When I arrived I felt contracted, heavy and now I feel more whole and connected.” - Cathryn

You’ll leave with:

  • language for where you are

  • one meaningful insight to carry forward

  • relief from the pressure to have everything figured out

If this resonates with you, you're also invited to read Listening to What is Changing, my Substack exploring life transitions, listening, and the wisdom that can emerge when we slow down.
