Depolarization Begins Within
We’re living in polarized times. We see it in politics, in our communities, our workplaces, and sometimes even around our own dinner tables. It feels uncomfortable, and often deeply personal. But polarization doesn’t just live “out there”, it begins within us. And when we learn to navigate our inner divides, we discover new ways to meet the outer ones with more clarity, compassion, and courage.

An Introduction to Parts Work
The foundation of my coaching practice is an incredibly supportive method for growing self-compassion and getting to know ourselves more deeply. If you’ve ever said, “Part of me wants to, but another part just doesn’t”? That little phrase points to something at the heart of what’s called Parts Work. I’ve written a piece to introduce you to this simple yet powerful way of understanding yourself by getting to know the different “parts” inside you. Inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS), this approach helps you listen to your inner world with curiosity, compassion, and Presence. It’s not about fixing or improving yourself; it’s about building relationships with every part of you.
Following The Thread of Our Core Needs
What really drives our actions, reactions, and relationships? Beneath every conversation, conflict, or collaboration lies a set of core needs influencing how we show up in the world. When we begin to recognize and understand them, both in ourselves and others, we unlock new possibilities for connection, clarity, and growth.

Feelings Are Meant to Be Felt
What are your feelings trying to tell you? It’s worth our time to explore. Our emotions hold deep wisdom, guiding us toward our needs, values, and priorities. When we learn to welcome and understand them, we unlock greater clarity, resilience, and purpose in navigating life’s complexities.
